Michael Miliopoulos is a With over 20 years of experience in diverse HR roles, I am a seasoned HR leader who drives HR and talent strategy across SE Europe for ANTISEL's Enterprise Functions. I hold the SHRM-SCP and PHR credentials and perusing a PhD in Human Resources Management. In my current role, I lead the transition and implementation of a new HR operating model, aligning HR policies and practices with business objectives and regional needs. I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide solutions on organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Previously, I worked as a senior HR consultant, an HR business partner for beIN MEDIA GROUP, and an HR director for Lidl, where I received multiple awards for excellence in leadership development and coaching. My passion is to create and maintain a positive work culture that fosters employee engagement, well-being, and development. I am skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, negotiating effectively with clients, and leveraging technology to optimize HR functions. I have a strong multi-cultural and multi-lingual background, having worked and studied in several countries and learned Arabic (A1), German, Greek, and English. I am also a visiting lecturer at various universities, where I share my HR expertise and insights with aspiring professionals.
