I have written quality documents to meet quality ISO 9001 standards for plans and processes. I have field service experience with failure investigations and improvements where I have been responsible for proposing, testing, and certification of the design. I have a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering and an MBA. I am an innovative problem solver and have authored 9 issued US patents.
