This led me to do a Bio-medical Engineering Masters investigating sleep apnoea. After university, I joined the Deloitte Consulting graduate programme and worked there for over five years, focusing on procurement, commercial negotiations, cost reduction and process improvement for large corporates. I set up Evalucom because I wanted to make a genuine difference to society. My first role was directing the procurement workstream for the successful University College London Hospitals turnaround project between 2006-08. I then programme managed the successful London Procurement Programme (LPP) between 2008-12 and supported the programme’s transition into a permanent organisation. Since 2012 I have led Evalucom to support the NHS and local authorities to manage health & social care markets. Our mission is to fix the markets - improving care quality, value for money and market sustainability - through technology, collaboration and information sharing.
