I also previously managed the federal relicensing process for EWEB's largest hydroelectric project, Carmen-Smith, a 110 MW peaking and load following facility on the McKenzie River in Oregon. I worked for the Oregon DEQ from 1994 to 2002 as a Senior Engineer in the Environmental Cleanup Program with an emphasis on chlorinated solvent, shipyard/sediment and mine site cleanup work. I was an environmental consultant in the Washington, D.C. area and in Oregon from 1986 to 1994, and have international experience in Europe and Asia.
