After working for 2+ years manufacturing newspaper inserting machines for Muller Martini I decided to further my education in the field of Automotive, Diesel & Industrial technology & enrolled at Universal Technical Institute. Upon graduation I was hired at Ransome as a diesel engine technician. After exhibiting excellent professionalism & customer service skills I moved into the position of Service Planner. From there I excelled at job management, technician training/development, variance control, & customer/warranty invoicing. I was promoted to Assistant Service Manager for a 25+ technician shop in Bensalem & eventually moved into the role of Service Manager in West Chester. As Service Manager I was responsible for the safety & productivity of 15+ technicians on both Caterpillar on-highway/industrial engines & International trucks. In order to best continue support our customers and grow the business I moved into a product support sales role & was tasked with increasing parts and service opportunities for Ransome within the Philadelphia territory. Traveling around to provide on site customer service for the CAT/INT products. Reviewing customer parts inventory, estimate service work, coordinate logistics, and most importantly develop and maintain customer relationships. -- As I continued to progress and develop in my career I transitioned into a fleet management role for then Dean Foods/Lehigh Valley Dairy and now with Verizon. In these roles I am responsible for managing technicians, repairs, maintenance & safety of large medium/heavy duty truck fleets. I constantly drive for improvements with processes and procedures ensuring safe, reliable & efficient vehicles for our business partners. -- In conclusion I plan to work towards finishing my bachelors degree & continuing to advance my career within the diesel/industrial field.
