Continue to focus on driving the importance and implementation of succession planning at every stage of an advisors career. • Created and executed the plan that recruited 300 experienced financial reps over 5 years, giving Signator Investors the ability to compete with larger broker-dealers. • Built and executed the strategy to enter the College Savings market by Manulife Financial, working across divisional lines to sell the 529 plan through channel sales. Exceeded first-year expectations by 55%. • Led cross-functional teams with and without direct-line authority
