In my role at Wisely Group I coordinated personnel across various worksites around the Bowen basin, liaised with superintendents and project managers on personnel required for the job, provided support to recruitment, training and evaluated job requirements for shutdowns. I also managed strict site training requirements, organised camp accommodation and maintained CMS. I have also worked on Dragline and Rope Shovel maintenance day execution teams in the Bowen Basin, duties included parts interpreter, liaison to supervisors/engineers, utilising SAP, fleet controller, liaising with warehouse for parts return, delivery of parts, arranging tools, transport EWP’s and Cranes to job front and adherence to schedules In my previous role as Workshop & Logistics Manager role at Shrdlu Pty Ltd, I managed 3 teams in the allocation of workloads and day to day operations within the workshops, co-ordination of business resources, liasing with internal and external customers and manage the distribution of over 20,000 booklets to third party suppliers between Mackay and Toowoomba.
