I was working full time usually between 50 to 60 hours per week with many 6 day weeks (I worked outside at the time, so in Minnesota you get as much done outside before the arctic winter hits). My plan was to take one class per semester and 4 ½ years to complete, so one night per week I needed to leave work on time to get to my class. Since I was paying for my education out of my paycheck, no student loans or financial aid, I did not miss one class in the 4 ½ years. I followed my plan, completed my MBA, and graduated just as the arctic winter hit. That level of detailed planning, budgeting, commitment, dedication, and on time execution are the competencies that I bring to each and every project.
