I am an active member of HAZOP and HAZAN studies. I am effective member of global teams and am involved in the qualification of new facilities and assessing/implementing new methods of working. This has involved the coaching and mentoring of less experienced colleagues in developing facilities worldwide to ensure they work to the highest standards. I have been an elected member of the Sandwich site colleague forum and held the chair for 4 years. In this capacity I was responsible for communicating colleagues issues to company management and consulting on their behalf during times of change, this gives me vast experience in effectively communicating with people in all levels of the organisation.
