During my tenure as PCS the title changed on two occasions, from PCS to Senior Sourcing Specialist (SSS), and finally to Lead Construction and Engineering (LCE). After two years in this role I was approached by upper management to develop formal training for the role, which was accomplished through my partnership with LSO. I have mentored and assisted with developing several top performers in the market for this role. I have managed large projects, Lightgig being the biggest, with no missed commitments, in fact being ahead in the build to bring the entire market into compliance for living units passed. In my new role I am project managing the wireless build for the North Florida Market, which geographically consists of more than 50% of the land mass in Florida, Including the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Daytona markets. Not only are we now meeting expectations, we are now exceeding targets for the market. Teamwork and persistence has brought us back into compliance with the wireless build.
