I also get to work on improving our existing systems and processes with our technical teams bringing focus on things "we have always done this way" to ensure it is in fact the best way. In both of these areas I need to ensure the overall strategy and governance guide our solutions to ensure success at the enterprise level and not just at the individual system level. Previously I have had many leadership roles leading small teams or larger multilevel teams. Although my current role is a less formal leadership role I enjoy working with people and seeing them succeed. I am a certified MCSE (with messaging) and I have my TOGAF Certification.
