With both my psychology background plus real-life experience, I felt like I had "cracked the code" to leadership. Business owners who saw the changes in me and my companies started asking me if I could help them make the same transformation, and that led me to where I am now. I've sold my software companies, and now organizations like Uber, Salesforce, and Microsoft bring me in to level up their leaders, and Stanford University and PwC have brought me into work with their scale-ups. I've pioneered Leadership Mindset, which is a set of tools based on psychology and neuroscience specifically to help managers make the shift to leaders.
