Currently, I work under the Credit Portfolio Management Operations (CPM Ops) umbrella as a Senior Operations Analyst on the HECM Reconciliation team. My group is responsible for reconciling HUD Reverse Mortgage claims to recoup any funds owed to FNMA due to servicer oversight. Personally, I have daily responsibilities that include process improvement, project management, risk management, reporting, quality control, and training. I enjoy learning new processes and I am always eager to connect with other lines of busniness. While I enjoy several aspects of my job, I think my favorite role is the training of each of our new hires to help them to gain an understanding of our teams business objectives. In my free time I referee 1st - 12th grade Boys Lacrosse, I am also extremely active in the softball and flag football community.
