From January 2016 I took on the task of getting PromoMats rolled out in the rest of affiliates for traceable, linked and approved contents in one Global vault to facilitate inspiration cascade across markets - now in 2019 all LEO Pharma markets are live and benefit from global inspiration. Next exiting goal is to integrate global product claims in promotional and non promotional material while automating the linking to substantiating references. My experiences include deep knowledge within CRM, and many aspects within customer support, including GXP interface such as customer complaints and packaging components and labeling support. I have worked closely with Key Customers in Japan, US and South Korea prior to moving to a career within global. Further I have a strong affinity for guiding colleagues to existing corporate information/colleagues in order to find solutions to their here and now challenges.
