I believe that learning doesn’t have to stop when the training is over which is why I still continue to keep myself updated with the changes in the product and help new agents during their first weeks on the floor and even later on when they get stuck on features regarding the interface or the product we support. TEAMWORK There's nothing better than looking at an end result of hard work, dedication and ideas of different people that came together to create a beautiful product or concept. Knowing that it would be impossible if one of you were not there to contribute and that this end result took all of you in a team to create, is a very sweet reality. DESIGN I like to have fun while working, I think design should be about having fun, getting into the work, getting lost in it. Because if you're not doing those while designing, you might as well look for a new job. The work I do motivates me, when I can see what the end result might look like in my mind, then I really get into what I'm working on. But getting lost is good too, you look for that one moment of clearness, a moment of realizing the road on which you want to travel.
