Internationally I partner with field conservationists, doing needs assessment and creating programming to benefit wildlife and wild places. A large component of the programs that I create includes capacity building, so that local people become responsible for protecting their environment. I have helped create NGO's, developed education programming, launched public/social awareness campaigns, and facilitated alternative sources of income for local people. With a degree in non-profit management, my specialties are program development, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and fundraising. I strongly believe that to conserve the environment, you have to help people first.
