I have years of experience in various healthcare fields, and I know how important it is for patients to feel comfortable - especially when they are trying to heal. I'm a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, and I'm honored to help others in my community feel more comfortable by offering professional, compassionate home health services. Additionally, as a licensed professional counselor, I provide counseling services to individuals age 15 to adult. My therapeutic approach is both strength based and person centered, with a focus in CBT, SFBT (solution-focused), and mindfulness., with a focus on depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, conflict resolution and stress management, and other behavioral health and adjustment concerns. I have experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings, including community based mental health, residential treatment, and private practice.
