Responsible for recruiting new people for the Account Manager positions. Manage performance of employees based on sales to direct accounts per budget to goal. Assist in development of advertising and promotional programs for all accounts. Direct semi-monthly contact with all Key Accounts at the station to ensure proper handling of the account. Work with programming and promotions to aid in the positioning of the station with accounts and audience. Assist in closing business with Account Managers as well as other Station Managers to increase business for the stations. Generate new ideas for the station to help position station with clients and staff.Responsible for implementation of membership sales, service and marketing from inception to completion. Increased membership from 300 members to over 3,000 members in 3 years. Develop long term relationships with businesses and decision makers that help arrange meetings for members. Run events and functions for members to meet at various places.Responsible for recruiting new people for the Account Manager positions. Manage performance of employees based on sales to direct and agency accounts per budget to goal. Assist in development of advertising and promotional programs for all accounts. Direct semi-monthly contact with all Key Accounts at the station to ensure proper handling of the account. Work with programming and promotions to aid in the positioning of the station with accounts and audience. Assist in closing business with Account Managers as well as other Station Managers to increase business for the stations. Generate new ideas for the station to help position station with clients and staff.Manager of international and national territory of individual franchisees and franchisee groups for 200 stores. Assist their development of advertising and promotional programs. Ensure an annual media plan is completed and implemented in each market and individual location utilizing the corporate strategies. Prepare an annual local store-marketing plan in each market and individual location. Assist in launching new products in store as well as launch to the consumer. Monitor all programs to ensure their effectiveness. Assist in the development of local store marketing plans for all stores including PR planning and programming.Responsible for calling on local and national accounts for advertising on over 20 National Cable Stations for Local insertion. Met and exceeded goals between 95 - 105%. Responsible for running daily operations when Sales Manager was not available. From traffic to meeting with the account executives to performance of the overall operations. Worked with all department heads to make sure that proper information was being passed along from production to airing commercials.
