My philosophy is to invest in people, coach them, and upscale their skills to advance in their careers and be important team members supporting his/her team. Part of my responsibilities is to participate in the yearly Technology budget preparation where I involve with multiple departments to collect their upcoming projects and then work with vendors and IT teams to estimate the time and cost of the received submissions. I helped in reducing project costs by up to 25% by revising the requested IT components (Hardware, Software, and customization).
