ISO, API, ASME, NACE, NFPA, ASHRAE). • Reviewing and endorsement of construction drawings, procedures, reports, method statements, test packages and calculations for the field facility equipment (Central Processing Facility, Production Well Pads and Accommodation Camp) during EPC with Samsung Engineering and China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau • Supervision of field facilities and recommending solutions to prevent or minimize delays in work activities • Facilitation of inter-discipline coordination between Operation, Construction and Maintenance departments. • Supervision over Rotating Equipment erection (Pumps, Compressors & Packages), installation, alignment, pre-commissioning and commissioning on Central Processing Facility, Production Well Pads and Water Intake • Planning supervision and coordination of the Project’s site Inspection & Test Plans. • Verification and acceptance of Engineering, Procurement & Construction documentation (s. a. Data Sheets, Process & Instrument Diagrams, etc.) • Engineering support of surface field facilities during FEED & Detail Design of Central Processing Facility, Production Well Pads and Water Intake • Technical selection & evaluation of Vendors • Factory Acceptance Tests of Rotating and Static Equipment on Vendor’s Manufactures. • Development of Company Materials & Equipment Manual for oil and gas sectors.
