Born and raised in France I moved to the US 12 years ago. With that move I acquired diversity that makes me attentive in building diverse and inclusive teams. I live between 2 cultures that I fully embrace. I enjoy the clarity and focus of working towards a business objective - whether it’s launching a new product, which I have done quite a few times, leading a sales team, which I enjoyed more than I initially thought I would, or designing new solutions to help patients manage their disease. These days I am particularly interested in building high performance teams, motivating my organization to innovate and understanding how to use machine learning and AI in my role. When I’m not working I’m likely spending time with my 2 boys and my wife, watching and coaching rugby, and playing sports or games.
