I have also spent 13+ years in progressive roles within the real estate industry. After starting my career as a realtor with Royal LePage Triland, I continued with Keller Williams Lifestyles Realty, creating my own team in 2012, The Santa Sells Houses Real Estate Team, which eventually moved to the Re/Max Centre City Brokerage. Noticing that talent was over-stretched and results were being under-delivered, I decided to harness the power of emerging technology to streamline our processes. Making the customer experience our North Star has made us a household name in London while also focusing us on our primary mission – helping buyers purchase their dream homes and sellers obtain top market value for theirs. Having led and been a part of diverse teams in my career, I have always been an advocate for my team members’ growth and development.
