I was also involved in aiding and advising through all different stages of the selling and buying process, I also would worked (though not as closely as with sales) rentals which involved communicating face to face with the customer and giving them indepth knowledge of the current housing market.Working as the Project Management Office for (Nordics, UK & Ireland) NUKI Engagement and T&T, assisting in the management of $X Billion worth of accounts. During this time, I was also tasked on bringing a new management system and expanding it out to Europe with the intention of it then spreading worldwide throughout IBM by utilising a “franchise” of applications and Macros. - Working with a pan-European team to create a new system of governance for T&T Engagement, involving creating and managing the required management systems for the Nordics and UKI. - Enforcing and creating frequent governance systems to ensure that there were effective lines of communication between stakeholders across NUKI and clear understanding of responsibilities. - Helping lead the charge for integration of key T&T applications across Europe and automating current processes.Due to mismanagement there were large problems with the financial information between the client and IBM. I was to work with and eventually help manage an international team to look through hundreds of financial records and establish a full, accurate and complete current baseline position between the client and IBM, establishing an audit trail back to January 2015 where there was none. This led to me personally finding and locating a multi million dollar hole which had been spotted in IBMs finances which created millions in new signings.I was assigned to work with the client and create a service review of the entire account to locate and address key issues on the project, build back trust and improve or reform existing processes. I interviewed hundreds of people at the client site either by a 1-to-1 interview with executives on the account or by leading a focus group with important areas of the business. I then developed a plan going forward which was given and worked on by executives who worked for both IBM and the client.Working at the right hand of executives in CTI (Consumer, Travel, Transport and Infrastructure) assisting with the management of accounts which generated more than$xxxM in revenue per year. During that time, I was instructed to lead an innovation campaign which was rolledout to more than 25 Project Executives, across the length and breadth of the UK. - Worked on a 1-to-1 basis with the heads of Innovation for UKI + DACH and with the IoT lead for UKI to create the campaign. - Worked with IBM suppliers and with key IBM clients in hotly contested growth markets to represent their product effectively for my campaign.
