My team built a fully functional program in six months and in less than two years it’s live at three brands (Jared, Kay, Zales) and has over two million customers. While at Citibank I managed a team of four who were responsible for a number of customer self-servicing products (Quick Lock, Virtual Account Number, Status Tracker) related to credit card and bank card replacement. My team effectively decreased call center volumes by driving digital adoption online and in Citi’s mobile app and I was able to secure an incremental 3M investment from Mastercard to build out two new products. At American Express I was an individual contributor responsible for building innovative new capabilities for the Amex Offers product which connects Card Members with personalized offers from partner merchants based on their transaction history.
