I advise businesses across the UK on a full range of technology, commercial and outsourcing contract matters across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, retail, logistics and digital services. I also lead our Data Privacy team, advising on data protection and privacy issues arising in respect of commercial transactions, technology arrangements and commercial contract matters. This work extends to advising on stand-alone compliance queries, supporting corporate transactions, e-commerce, commercial contracts and investigations. The best part of my job is getting to know clients’ businesses and helping them to achieve their objectives. I am able to bring years of experience in a wide range of industries and situations, and always aim to look beyond the current matter to the businesses’ strategic objectives, to help guide clients to their best options. Where a business has an in-house legal function, I work closely with the legal team to mirror internal governance processes. I appreciate different in-house teams approach external legal support in different ways and am always happy to work in the manner that best suits you.
