I have a strong track record of driving the performance of commercial real estate assets and portfolios. Selected accomplishments / activities In September 2023 I launched Bridge Asset Management. Bridge Asset Management is a boutique, London based real estate asset management practice providing solutions for offshore and local investors and a platform to secure economies of scale. Bridge Asset Management is founded in a long standing partnership between a well established and highly proficient debt intermediary and a very successful and accomplished Bahrain based investment manager. Alongside Bridge Asset Management I provide real estate consultancy to investors and occupiers. In particular, I focus on transaction management and resolving complex or contentious situations. I also provide advice on all aspects of property and asset management. Whilst at LSH, I led their London Property Management team focussing on key client management and business development in the investment fund sector. I also managed several technology projects to create bespoke applications to drive efficiency. I specified the applications, selected a delivery partner and managed the process to create multiple applications including automated report generation and an award-winning 4D Monitoring solution. From 2009 I was extremely fortunate to work alongside the fund team that became Janus Henderson UK Property PAIF. Leading the LSH delivery team providing property and asset management services we participated in an investment phase involving over 4Bn in acquisitions through to the summer of 2016 and then the disinvestment process through to the fund sale in 2022. Ensuring the highest standards of delivery throughout these high transactional volumes provided invaluable experience. Outside of the Real Estate field I am also an owner of Activ Power and Sail. A Poole based sailing events business providing corporate racing, team building and sailing experiences to groups and individuals. I am an aging bowman who has completed the Fastnet race in 03, 05, 09, 11, 13 and 15 and the Middle Sea Race in 05.
