With a background as a computer linguist, I've had the great pleasure to spend much of my time with technology aimed at unlocking the wonders of human language, and with that the key to understanding part of the human mind. And I have been fortunate enough to work in a position where me and my colleagues have been able to productize and bring tangible value to our customers as early adopters of such technology. Apart from the technology as such, the philosophical and ethical dilemmas that come with AI has inspired me to take part in the conversation; be that directly towards customers, interviewed by writers or part of reviewing and testing the EU's sustainable AI frameworks in various parts of completion. I've had the privilege to have worked both as a speech engineer, software engineer, technical consultant, team leader, public speaker and unit head. A leader and intrapreneur since 14+ years, I've enjoyed both the satisfaction of taking an active part of the decision making process, as well as the frustration when decisions are out of your hands. What motivates me is a belief that through innovation and people orientation, we can all make a positive impact both for our colleagues and for our customers, and that I know that I can make a big contribution to making that happen.
