Duties are but not limited to creating and implementing advanced team practice plans, developing tremendous work ethic and toughness in young athletes, creating a travel schedule, setting up hotel accommodations and travel plans for 30-60 families, teaching young athletes the proper way to play the game of baseball, and working with players to become fundamentally and mechanically correct in order to have long-term success. I have also set up a communication process, organization guidelines, and a handbook to implement a positive environment for the players and the families. This environment allows for our players to grow in a positive way and condition their families to be prepared for the lifestyle and challenges that waits them in baseball.
