Masresha Soressa is a My twenty plus years of experience in public health, gender and social behavior change with special focus on Adolescent Health and Development has given me the chance to learn and contribute more on very young and older adolescent programming. I have led different public health institutions at various levels within the health system assuming different responsibilities to coordinate family health services, RMNCAH, child protection programs, system strengthening, adolescent health programs and gender inclusive programs. Currently I am working at Pathfinder International as Project Advisor for Act WIth Her Project funded by BMGF. Very recently, I have attended a year and half leadership course on SRHR that majorly focuses on personal, organizational and systems leadership. I was certified as 'leadership trainer and coach' in SRHR sectors. I have provided a leadership training to Pathfinder country office and field level staff. I am very much keen to reach more young people to empower them as agents of change in the areas of SRHR.
