Mary Pyfrom is a I am an experienced educator and clinical service provider in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and in-person and virtual graduate student education including clinical and academic courses. My professional focus has been on synthesis of literature for evidenced based practice, data-driven decision making, and educational content development and delivery for educators, students, community organizations, healthcare organizations, caregivers, and adults with medically complex disorders. I have developed training programs for hospital staff and consumers, new academic curriculum, professional development seminars based on the needs of each constituency both in person and remotely. I have identified problems and collaborated on solution driven policy and procedure development. My skills include translating complex information into easily understood information for patients and consumers in both verbal and written forms, analytical thinking, synthesis and application of research into practice, data-driven decision making, organizational procedures, and collaborative, interactive, and engaging teaching practices and instructional design for adult learners.
