In this role I am responsible for personal sales leadership and success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals. Perhaps one of my favorite parts of my position is organizing a themed monthly event for the staff to enjoy. It’s a great opportunity to boost morale and keep team spirits up! Before joining the YMCA, I worked for a few different restaurant concepts while in undergrad and graduate school. I wouldn’t trade the skills and experience I learned during this time period for anything. I am most grateful to have learned great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask under high pressure situations. I received my BA and MA at Webster University and hope to someday complete my MBA.
