Mary Beth Rohrig Email & Phone Number | Throughout my undergraduate program at IUPUI I have been able to gain a lot of experience. These include doing Wellness Coaching through PARCs, participating in IUPUI's Motor Activity Clinic, and also personal training through INShape. These various undergraduate experiences helped me to gain knowledge in many aspects throughout the field of exercise science. I was also able to gain outside knowledge through my previous job as an activity aid at a retirement facility where we did daily exercise programs, helped the physical therapists and also our restorative programs with the patient's physical activity, and even had a modified Tai Chi program. Through working there I was also able to work in the restorative program for a brief time, in which I worked with patients doing active and even passive range of motion exercises. With all that being said, I have had a lot of unique learning experiences that have helped shape my knowledge of working with clients in the future.
