Automated reports would find qualified patients without insurance loaded to auto verify eligibility and report out for staff to update accounts. Ad-hoc requests are also accepted thru manual data entry or with flat files output from other sources. As the primary OnBase administrator I have implemented and supported document management and business process automation solutions since 2005.
