I bring to my practice a wide range of transferable skills from my various Service roles in learning and development and engineering. Possessing a Master of Business Administration (Defence) degree from Cranfield University (thesis on Transformational Leadership), I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an alumnus of Windsor Leadership. I hold the NTL Certificate in Organisation Development and am accredited to use the Strengthscope psychometric. I also support the Windsor Leadership charity as a volunteer facilitator on UK-residential and international programme variants for those with the potential to reach senior leadership positions within their field. Specialities include: the scoping, design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes, organisation development consultancy, facilitation, executive and team coaching, group process consultation, mentoring, change leadership, executive education and action learning.
