He was external member of National Economic Council (Government advisory body) and he is co-author of Strategy of Competitiveness of the Czech Republic (section financial markets). He is a member of the Jessica Investment Board in Moravia Silesia Region, and of the member of Committee for Commercialisation of the Technical University in Brno. In 2011 Martin founded a non-profit organisation called Czech Republic for Finance (CRFF), similar to Luxembourg for Finance and also non profit organization Czech Innovation supporting innovation culture in the Czech Republic.
