Responsible for the pre-opening training of front line and back office employees Setting the training and individual action plans Orientation programs for new employees Creating the continual SOP's based departmental trainings. Daily HR processes, payroll, communication with official institutions • Recruitment – cooperation with personal agencies, interviewing and slecting candidates • Supervision on the following of all the legislation in the company HR policy • Controlling and optimalization of the personnel costs, budgeting • Generation of the company salary policy • Conception of the employees training and development plan • Active communication with employees, building the relations within the team, departments and teams, conflicts solving • Preparation and ongoing actualization of the in-house directions, documents and regulations.
