Marta Maojo Email & Phone Number | Once upon a time, long ago, I had a sedentary office job. Although I swam and worked out, I had no idea how to balance my training with my working life. The result was debilitatiing overuse injury and the end of a profitable career. Since 1997, when I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I have specialised in helping clients overcome the type of injuries caused by their sedentary professions. I have dedicated a good amount of my time to attending courses and investigating techniques that can be easily communicated to busy digital-era workers. I have lived in Spain since 2000, and my work life has been highly diverse. After several years as a Personal Trainer and ESL Teacher I returned to sedentary work as a translator. It is work I really love but I soon discovered all over again how dangerous it is for general wellbeing to sit so many hours a day. I never gave up training personal clients so I continued developing my skills as a coach to assist my fellow translators in times of heavy workloads. My greatest breakthroughs are in the field of lymphatic health, a type of fitness that is rarely addressed. Having multiple professions keeps my working life very engaging and I am passionate about achieving excellence in every field. Currently I am dedicating a lot of my time to promoting my 3-Types of fitness hacks for digital era workers who hate the gym.
