This job developed to program manager of all IT-projects as a result of the rapid use of information systems in the mid-nineties. In search of a role in core-business instead of IT I started working as manager of claims at OZ health insurance in 2001. After the merge with CZ I became director of operations in 2010. I am responsible for the processing of healthcare claims to the amount of € 11 billion; a (medical) call center; document management, several devops teams and over 500 employees. I love to work on the edge where business and IT meet to stress ourselves to execute digital transformation. Between 2018 and 2022 I was the initiator and business owner for the development and release of our new backoffice system for claims administration. I am driven by continuous improvement of as well people and business to create that competitive edge. My personal values are integrity, a good sense of humor and curiosity for new things.
