My most recent role as a BPM, I managed a trade tool for our Convenience team as well held the responsibility for customer hierarchy work in both our own SAP as well as with our third-party vendor database. With our third-party vendor, I was also responsible for product updates as well as conversion tables between the us. The last project that I am working on is assisting with the launch of a new national revenue forecasting/promotion planning tool for the US portion of our business. The success of this launch has led to my role being eliminated.
