I also have significant experience with privacy and reputation issues, as well as commercial disputes, constitutional litigation, election contests, product liability claims, antitrust issues, and probate matters. My two decades of experience within the field of telecommunications regulation encompasses representing clients before the FCC, the Departments of State and Commerce, and with foreign regulatory authorities and the ITU. I also advise clients on the rules and regulations governing the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Energy, and the Federal Trade Commission.
