As director of the Posture Balance, I am responsible for providing the strategic leadership necessary to navigate our Organization into the future so we can continue to contribute to a happier, healthier, more productive Australia. The role requires a primary focus on driving profitable sales growth, efficient operations, personnel development and excellence in client experience, while supporting an agile and sustainable working environment. On a more personal level I strive to be an innovative and creative strategic thinker, who is comfortable with ambiguity; an honest and inspirational leader with good communication and mentoring skills; and a results-orientated manager with a passion for excellence.
