Staff witness representing Tennessee Consumers in litigated Rate Cases versus Investor Owned Utilities, operating in the State of Tennessee, including Electric, Telecommunications, Natural Gas, Water & Waste Water companies. Duties include but not limited to Forecasting Revenues, Expenses and Ratebase with an emphasis on traditional Rate of Return Regulation, Test Period Compliance Audits.Shaw Industries is the worlds largest carpet manufacturer. Responsible primarily for portions of the Southern West Coast, Mid-Western US and International Accounts. Involved in combining wholesale end use customer accounts and associated evaluation of the company's credit risk as a result of merger or acquisition activity.
