As a certified Contracting Officer Representative, I assure quality in federally funded salmonid rearing and release in the Rogue River basin, Willamette Valley, and main stem Columbia River. As crew lead for the Columbia River Estuary avian program, I lead and manage a small team of biologists. Together, we implement monitoring and maintenance of critical habitat for ESA listed Streaked Horned Larks, and for piscivorous colonial waterbirds. I co/authored the 2023 and 2022 technical reports for the Bonneville pinniped monitoring program, co-authored reports on avian activity on multiple islands in the Columbia River Estuary, and assist with many other areas of technical operations throughout the district, including lamprey passage systems, dredge deposition biological surveys, and general research and development.
