I did a degree in Accounting and I started out on that route, and it’s a fantastic career, but I feel blessed the recruitment industry found me when it did as I was more suited to Recruiting Accountants than being an Accountant. It has brought many ups and downs, but it is certainly the industry most suited to me, and I have grown extremely passionate about recruitment. Over the past 10 years I have ridden the waves of the recruitment industry and evolved with it, and I am grateful to the wonderful agencies I have been a part of, and for what I have learnt from some of the best recruiters in the business, as well as the client and candidate relationships I have developed along the way. I bring an energetic, strong technical understanding, quality focused, consultative approach, and produce a high standard of candidate quality, candidate care and overall service.
