Other essentials for overall wellness includes: nutrition, exercise, rest, attending to spiritual matters, controlling stress, knowledge, and getting involved with your own health. Initially, treating bodily diseases naturally is the best approach. I am not opposed to medicine. If we take care of our bodies then we can treat most ailments and diseases naturally. I have a passion for prevention through nutrition and believe our anti-oxidants need to be at their optimum levels to fight diseases and cancer. I have been trained an active release technique which is and the gold standard technique for soft tissue lesions, repetitive trauma, cumulative trauma, nerve impingement and traumatic soft tissue injury therapy. I have a deep passion for Chiropractic bio physics and biomechanics of the human frame.
