Furthermore, I am good in conducting stakeholder management towards technical interfaces as foundations, WTG, OSS and electrical as well as Product Line, Operations etc. In addition, I am IPMA (International Project Management Association) certified at the D-level and have taken PMP course at DONG Energy. I have a proactive, result-oriented and systematic approach to my work tasks. I am especially good at coordination, planning and deciding on priorities of project tasks and follow-up. I think it is important that roles and responsibilities are well defined and comply with the expectations of customers, suppliers, management and project participants. It is important to me to deliver a good quality work despite a busy schedule. I usually quickly understand the overall picture and able to point out the most significant factors. Furthermore, sparring with colleagues, listening to ideas and suggestions is an important aspect in order to get optimal benefit of the skills in the team. I am generally good at communicating both technically and economically complex issues and always ready to take on new tasks and develop myself professionally. I see it as an exciting challenge to work in multidisciplinary teams. Particularly I like to work on cross-functional projects in an international context.
