My list of achievements: -Successfully reconstructed annual risk control process to close the gap between audit findings and existing process for business while in BUCR position. -Successfully simplified and improved risk assessment checking process for 2 related business units. 2 audit rating during my tenure rated as Pass. -Together with team successfully launched an improved saving account product in year 2018 during my employment with HLBB. -Selected as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) education & implementation project committee member. - -Selected as committee member for Statement Integration project (bank wide) in UOB. Project lasted 6 months. -In charge of reconciliation of Advertising and Promotional expenses at division level. Achieve timely yearly reconciliation submission deadline and zero error. -Mentored selected branches to achieve top 3 sales position bank wide via branch activity or marketing promotion campaigns at branch level for 3 quarters. -Managed RM500K to RM1 Million cash handling on average on daily basis. Successfully achieved to keep under maximum cash holding threshold and no audit finding of cash shortage were reported from cashier and teller category.
