During my almost 5 years at JMJ I was mainly involved in various aspects of the Gorgon Project in Western Australia, a Joint Venture of Chevron, Shell and Exxon, building a LNG plant on Barrow Island, an A Class Nature reserve. I worked with groups and individuals in the Gorgon Supply Chain, with the on-shore construction site in Perth as well as with the Commissioning and Completions group on Barrow Island. I was involved in the delivery of all aspects of the JMJ IIF safety culture approach, working with a wide variety of people at all levels of both owner and contractors' organisations. I created and implemented several successful purpose-designed interventions for groups and teams on the Gorgon Project. I was involved in and project managed a number of Integral Safety Assessements (survey and interviews to establish the current safety culture /points of view in an organisation) for up to 2,800 people on the Gorgon Project. Over the course of my employment I had personal coaching relationships with close to 100 senior staff members from both the Gorgon and Wheatstone projects. In 2014 and 2015 I was alo responsible for the development of the coaching skills and competencies of new JMJ staff members across the Asia Pacific region.My life and career have been across borders / continents and across many industries and sectors of society, working with people from many different backgrounds. This has given me the inspiration and confidence that I can contribute to other human beings, assisting them in pursuing what matters to them. After many years successfully and happily working as a coach/consultant (in a global consultancy firm as well as in my own business), I spent the biggest part of 2016 literally living my dream: travelling through Europe with my family. That amazingly fulfilling experience has strengthened my belief in the power of following one's bliss, of staying in the flow of life and of trusting that gut feeling of what is right. I am now on a mission to ignite and inspire, support and lead those up for their step into the unknown, into the emerging future, into that what wants to happen, in life, career and business. I don't have the answers, I'm constantly exploring, expanding, learning new things. (Currently I am involved in MIT's U-Lab - Leading from the Emerging Future. Fascinating and enriching.) What I do have is my vast experience in successfully working with people of many walks of life, using my understandings from the philosophies/approaches/strategies that I explored and put into practice over the last 30+ years. And above all, I deeply trust that the right people find each other to learn and expand together at the time that is just right for them. I listen, ask questions, explore possibilities with you, invite and assist you in trying out new ways of being and acting, see what works. Maybe at times fall down, at other times soar like an eagle. Always expanding, always growing. I deeply enjoy what I do. In fact, in the words of poet David Whyte, "it gives me life".
