So in the past 5+ years, as a Product Designer, I've worked at the convergence of technology, business, and design to help people and businesses overcome their challenges. In my work, I value simplicity and believe that technology has the potential to strengthen communities and make the world more inclusive. A big part of my job involves empathizing with people and designing digital experiences that empower users while also boosting business growth. Some of the projects I have worked on were with: • G1: Brazil's number one digital news coverage, with an average audience of approximately 68 millions users per month. Some of the goals were: growing user engagement; doing the app experience diagnosis; creating new features and making the app more personalized for each user. • Globoplay: A video streaming product of Globo Group. My main goal was to restructure the onboarding process for new and returning users. • Cartola: A football fantasy game where users can assemble their teams with real-life football players within the app. I had some amazing opportunities to carry out quantitative and qualitative research to get to know our over 4 million users better and to develop new features in the game. I am experienced working in an agile environment, SaaS and B2C products and cross-functional teams that thrive with different perspectives. I am used to working with various platforms, tools and softwares: • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Miro, Mural etc); • Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms; • Experience in the Atlassian suite of software (Jira & Confluence), Trello and Notion.
