Platform AS400, Java, SAP. * Translations and message recording in the above mentioned languages. * Follow-up the cases and keep the users informed about the solution to their cases.- Managing complex projects for top financial and energy clients - Liaising with and supporting clients throughout the full cycle of the project - Collaborating with Language Technology team to establish most efficient solutions for complex project handling with the help of CAT tools - Documenting processes for complex project handling. * Translation project management: - Managing bilingual and multilingual translation projects: preparing and storing files, advising and liaising with customers and suppliers. * In- house translator: - Translation from English, Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish into Brazilian Portuguese, quality checking and proofreading.
